Tires sold by Autoamerica Group / Gomma Pneus are warranty for a period of five years against defects or manufacturing defects, hidden or apparent, from the date of purchase, as stated on the purchase invoice. 90 days of legal warranty and 4 years and 9 months of contractual warranty.
Provided that its tread is original and with a minimum depth of 1.6 millimeters in the tread grooves (according to the TWI safety indicator – Tread Wear Indicator, a measure determined by the National Traffic Council) and that it is not proven use in competitions. And as long as it is duly verified by technicians from the Autoamerica Group or the Manufacturers.

To ensure better performance, durability and safety of the tires, the following precautions are recommended:
- Align and balance the vehicle every 5,000 km.
- Rotate tires every 5,000 km.
- Check the calibration weekly, maintaining the pressure recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
- Visual inspection of carcass and tread regularly.
This guarantee certificate ceases in the event of any of the irregularities mentioned below:
- Tires that have been overinflated.
- Emergence of bubbles, holes, cuts caused by impacts, even when caused by defects in the track, such as holes, stones, speed bumps, etc.
- In the event of a collision, hitting the suspension or bodywork (monoblock).
- Tires that have run flat or with insufficient air, resulting from punctures or leaks.
- In case of uneven wear caused by defects in the vehicle suspension or misalignment.
- In case of exceeding the weight limit recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
- In case of exceeding the speed limit recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
- In cases of contamination by chemical products, grease, solvents or any petroleum product.
- Improper tire repairs.
- Problems arising from incorrect mounting and/or dismounting of the tyre.
- Problems arising from sudden braking, skidding, sprinting.
- Tampered, scraped, or illegible DOT series.
- Issues arising from any condition other than a manufacturing defect.
- In the case of a tire not supplied by the Autoamerica Group.
To exercise the respective guarantee:
- The consumer must present to Autoamerica's partner dealer the tire(s) that he assumes to have a defect or manufacturing defect, accompanied by the original of the respective purchase invoice and this warranty term.
For product replacement purposes, the percentage of rubber analyzed in the tire tread will be taken into account:
- If the percentage of rubber analyzed in the tires is equal to or greater than 80%: the consumer will be entitled to a full replacement of the product.
- If the percentage of rubber analyzed is equal to or less than 79% (limited to 1.6 mm of tread groove depth): the consumer will be entitled to proportional warranty credit, using it to purchase a new tire , paying only the difference.
